We all had a fair share of nerve-wracking experiences.. Let me share you mine: When I was in college, I used to attend this Church wherein I was trained to become a leader and public speaker.. Imagine at the age of 18, you will be discussing about health in a public plaza.. that was really nerve-wracking for me. What about you?

Where I was driving down an icy Alaskan road with my two small children, and just so everyone knows, I have bridge-phobia. I hate driving over bridges, my knees shake and my palms sweat. Anyway, I drove onto this huge bridge, and lost control of my car, I went from one side to the other, sliding all over the place. Luckily I made it to the other side without crashing off the side. I pulled over, and I was crying. My little boy looked at me and said "whas da matta mama?" I couldn't drive over a bridge for almost two months after that. I am doing better now though. My man took me on 'bridge therapy', where he made me drive over all these bridges really slow to see there was nothing to be afraid of. But my palms still sweat!

that's rare... i think ill post another discussion under "phobia" anyway,i also have this weird phobia in singing.. i can't really sing a tune! yeah, it is funny but my heart is racing whenever i was asked to sing, way back in my school years. good thing you attended a therapy on it.. i find my phobia not really life threatening so i guess attending a therapy is not necessary.
