I don’t like it unless it is the same drink. With tea and coffee it is not a big deal but I prefer a clean cup; I am very particular about my hot drinks especially my coffee!

I do it all the time. Why spend time washing another cup? Again that depends on how the cup looks after drinking juice.

i used to do that but now i make sure that i get another glass... especially if i was drinking powdered juice. this is because powdered juice leaves a lot of sugar residue (or maybe i don't mix my juice well ;p) and when i re-use it for water, i end up drinking all that sugar as well :(

I usually rinse the cup first if i can. I mix my apple juice with watter - i find its too strong otherwise.

Hello my friend ronnyb Ji, It might be due to lessen concentration, it might be a fashon or way to prepare as below :- "Prepare a tall glass full of ice then add the Gin, next add the Lemon juice, next add the Sugar syrup, next add the Lemon wedge. Stir and fill with soda water." It is as per individual's taste and procedure to adopt asyou are too following your motehr. But we do not add any water under normal condition and situation. May god bless You and have a great time.

Well I raised my share of children, still have a few left at home and if they just used the cup then rinse it out and use it again. But if it sat for a while, no. I think that isn't good to drink out of a cup or glass that has residue on it. If you just used it then that's one thing, but if it's been sitting there for a while, sorry - I wouldn't use it either.

Depends, if there's enough juice on the edges and bottom, I give it a quick rinse. If you can't really tell the juice had been there, I don't. Now, most juices are too sweet and strong for me anyway and I water them down by about 50/50. I know it sounds wierd, but the juice is so concentrated that your body gets more out of it this way, plus less sugar, plus for most juices it still tastes the same. Some juices you have to use less water than others but I digress. I usually use the same cup for quite a while, regardless of what was in it before. The only exception is milk.
