Have You Heard of Angel Food Ministry?

Angel Food Ministry is an organization that helps to feed people on a limited budget. The first I read about it was an article that said it doesn't matter if you are in need or not, by participating it helps the organization to do more. I thought it might be a good idea, but did nothing about it. Later when I discovered I had cancer and all the following tests, surgery and treatments, I decided our family could actually use a little help. We ordered a box for June just to try it out. The food has been good and you can order more than one box if you want. The menu is on their website as well as where it is available. I am over the Angelfood Ministry in our church and the food is good, and it is a good price.I buy the senior meals and it has everything you need for a balance meal. Have a blessed day.

Wow! That is so cool that you are involved with this. We just got the basic box but were impressed with the quality of meat. Rib-eyes no less!! I would never be able to buy that quality of meat on my budget.

i have heard of them and even though i live in canada, i am interested in something like that. maybe we could start something like that here where i live. are they located in a lot of cities or just one central location?

I think they have a central location, but ship to host sites around the US. They aren't in every state, but in 35 or more. I'm in central Arkansas and there are several host locations within driving distance for me.

My parents have purchased food from this company in the past. They really liked it, but my Dad is now on the Atkins diet and the monthly package they purchased did not have enough meats included.
