Nope. i work on java j2ee. if one stops learning in this technology he has to retire from the industry

I would have to say no. However, I do wonder at times if some older folk's mental state begins to deteriorate after a certain point. Esp. if they have some sort of mental problems. (please, nobody take offense, it was just a simple statement)

a person never stop learning, every seconds, minutes of their lives learning is there until they grow older.And it will continue to prosper but the question is, how are they going to use the learning they acquired and the importance of it??

I don't think so. In every day life we learn something new and it's good to learn something new everyday.
