I sometimes find that some sites do not display well when browsed by way of IE and reading about web design and templates and css, I found that IE does not implement certain elements in a standard way. Has anyone have experience with this?

I have stopped using IE since they started on IE 6. I find the browser is so prone to being hacked and very often times they crashed over long time of use. I am now fully entrust my Firefox as my official browser. I started using this when they were still version 2. I only used IE when browsing through Microsoft website which is the only site I used with IE.

I use IE very rarely too and even when there is a new version available, I find it not worth my time to download and upgrade. Firefox is so much better than IE.

I have updated mine to IE 8 because the Windows update prompted me to update it. I think it is still best to update it to make their version much stronger against many of the vulnerabilities that is present in their older versions. But still, I used it less because I know after a while a new vulnerability would come in and exploit the browser.

It is good to have many choices in terms of browsers. I would try different ones if given the chance.

I have no problems with it seeing as I do not use it at all... only problem is that you cannot actually uninstall the insipid piece of software (actually not recommended because sometimes you need it..) I have used Firefox for years, it is more secure that IE since most exploitation software is built around IE - FF has loads of features that you will enjoy using. Some people are still using IE6 which is useless because webmasters are not building their sites to work with IE6 any more...(assuming people have upgraded)

Hey, Yea actually that is just the way how Internet Explorer is, that is why I really hate it when it comes to designing my web templates and other Blog themes. Because it looks good in all other browsers except Internet Explorer. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!
