how to dela with sleeping trouble?

i don't have insomnia coz the only problem is i could sleep better during day time than night time and it's not suppose to be that way coz i have to go to work early in the morning.. i always get sleep at 12mn and wakes up as early as 4am and never get to sleep again..i tried to get myself tired with household chores at night expecting to sleep early and have an 8 hour sleep but it still did'nt work. i also drink a glass of milk but i still got sleep late.. do you have the same problem? how do you deal with it?

I have been the same way since I was a child. How I dealt with it (because I just couldn't deal with sleeping nights and being functional in the morning), Is to always work the second or third shifts. It sure made life a whole lot pleasanter.

i had problems sleeping at night before. I realized later on that it was due to issues and problems i had in my family. i couldnt seem to shut my mind at night. i prayed that I would have peace of mind so i can sleep well. my prayers were answered. now, i can already sleep at night soundly. you have to clear your mind and settle things so you will be able to sleep. It boils down to having peace of mind and good relationships with everyone.

some people couldn't get good sleep coz they bear a lot stress,but it seemd that you are not in this situation,so you may try to have some medicine to help you,as soon as you have make good sleep habit,you can stop medicine.
