Hi, celebratelifeeh. Usually when this happens, that means that you are not getting enough of rest. Your body is going up and down.. And your sleep schedule pattern if off balance. You will need to set a routine schedule that will enable you to get back onto track as far is sleeping is concerned.

Well if you are given a million dollars in One dollar bills and asked to count them carefully before keeping it for yourself I can say for sure you will not feel sleepy for quite some time.At least till you finish counting that one million. It is quite natural that we all feel sleepy when we are not doing anything that is not productive and useful to us.

You may be sleeping enough but not getting the proper nutrition. If you do not eat enough of the right kinds of calories or if you do not maintain proper blood sugar levels you will feel sleepy or tired. There are any number of reasons why your nose is runny, but this could also be linked to nutrition.

If you wer yawning and your nose was also running, it sounds like perhaps you had a cold or some allergies. When you are sick or are having problems with allergies, like hayfever, you can feel tired all the time, even if you have slept good all night. You also mentioned that you weren't happy or might be overworked at your job. That can also make you feel tired no matter how much sleep you have gotten. I'm glad that you are feeling better now, though.
