Learning to read

I'm trying to learn how to read Devanagari, are there any transliterators than convert from Hindi to English? I know about the ones that do from English to Hindi....
I thought it might help me learn to read.

I would suggest you to get book "Learn Hindi in 30 days" which is quite popular and is really good book to learn Hindi. There are similar books to learn all Indian languages. It costs around 50 Rs in India.

This is a FREE site and i'm learning HINDI on it... You should check it out... www.livemocha.com....... It teaches you the pronunciation and everything... GOOD LUCK!
