what is the most effective family planning method available?

im planning to use family planning method to suspend or stop from having a baby. my wife and i didnt think about this after having our first baby so we immediately were able to furnish another one and it just came out this july 18,. can you just tell me what is the most effective method for us to use. thank you.

The best thing to do is to consult your wife's OB-GYNE to check what birth control method is ideal for her. Some opt for injectables and others pills. I personally use pills, its 99% effective as long as she doesn't skip a single day. I was also hesitant at first but she can easily get used to it and it becomes a habit. I have been taking it for 4 years now.
