1 sliced brownie = 24 medium sized carrots???

I have read this article about foods and found out that If you eat 1 sliced brownie, it is like eating 24 medium sized carrots. I'm really shocked about what I've read. I love eating brownies, it's one of my favorites. I forgot the article's source. What do you think about it?

Brownies is really yummy. I really love eating eat. But then since it has that comparison with carrots, I should eat less of it now. I don't want to be that big since I don't exercise a lot.

that doesnt surprise me because i have often seen articles in numerous magazines that compare one food to another in terms of calories. i think its ok to eat brownies, just in moderation.

I love brownies and yes I eat such often. Yeah. I think I should eat brownies in moderation not only for the sake of not getting fat but for health's sake as well. Thanks for the response.
