Do you think a person like me with no knowledge of creating a website can create one? we know that there are a lot of websites which say that they provide step by step guide to create a website . But are they really helpful. If yes, can anyone provide me with the best sites available.

I have listed some free web hosting site where you can create the web page on a simple way. For that you shouldnot the knowledge of HTML nor javascript. They are free sites. You can make your own site on free of cost. For the details please visit my profile.

It is not too difficult to create a website however you need to give more details on what kind of site you would like to create. A blog or a forum or site. A web 2.0 site would be a lot harder (something like mylot and facebook)
However for simple site like this profitbuzz.com you can ask me again

There are several free website places to create them that offer different styles, some are drag and drop. Some are choose a box and type, some are more like a blog.
It's not hard if you take an hour to do it.

I suggest you start with blogger....its the easiest way to build a site....
For more advanced features use wordpress
