Views on teeth braces..temporary or permanent?

I was wondering if any of u wear teeth braces.
some ten years ago i got a temporary teeth braces but never actually used them as it was not too comfortable.Last week i saw my old braces and regeretd never having worn them and now i want to give it a try and improve it but i am apprehensive if it will actually work now as i am 29 years now...
If any users or dentist here..plz advise...

I believe braces can be used even if you are older. While they are mainly used on children and teenagers, adults can also use them. You can read all about it in this link : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dental_braces
