The Red Flag's Up!

Why do most (if not all) women have severe mood issues when they have their period? all i know is that I'm one of them. For some reason whenever the red flag's up or coming, i feel irritated to even the little things. Some men might think that it's just woman's excuse for us to be treating them harshly or for them to handle us with utmost care. But really it's unexplicable, maybe it's the hormones i don't know...

Yes, women have diffrent mood issues during "red flag," Some of them tend to lie down in bed all day long, some got a lot of food cravings like they want fruits like indian manggoes and apples. However, most women tend to be irritable like they shout out easily when they do not get what they wanted.. Women indeed, has a unique features...I just do hope guys could understand them all the time..ahhhmmm..,I just wonder?!

yeah, it would be really nice if guys would really understand that. But then again most guys would just think that we're just making excuses for our tantrums something like that... it's really frustrating at times, especially when you yourself can't figure out why you're so moody even if you don't want to be.
