Do you know to play any Musical Instrument?

I am very sad to say that I don't know to play any musical instrument. I am very fond of piano, keyboard, and violen. When I go to church, I always get a seat near the coir group so that I can watch them playing musical instruments. I hope I can find some time to study atleast Piano.
Do you know to play any musical instrument?
Do you often play it? Do you own one?
What are the musical instruments which you want to study playing?

I know how to play a little of piano and guitar..though my girlfriend is better than me..she is born a musician..she's a singer and a member of a choire..she also compose songs and plays the guitar very well..I own a piano and my girlfriend owns a pink guitar..I gave it to her as a present..

It is nice to hear that you can play piano and guitar. Oh, great, your girl friend also paly them. You can build up a musical family. You can engage yourself in music during weekends, whenever you find sometime and have nothing important to do. Do you sing? Does your girl friend sing? It is nice to play them on a family trip, or in beach... I am dreaming...I want to learn.. Thanks for the response.

Haha do I sing?oh boy what a question..I'm too shy to sing,the only person who can get me to sing is my girlfriend hehe..but my girlfriend really is a great singer,she sometimes compete in a professional singing contest..I'm her number one fan next to her mum..

It is very nice to know that your girl friend is a good singer. I love peopel who can sing because I am a very poor singer. I don't even try signing in bath room. My husband also doesn't sing well, but he sings for me. When somebody asks me to sing, I am too shy. Thanks for the response. Happy mylotting.

Dalia, don't be too upset about it because now you are making me feel bad that i don't play any instruments :|
I always wanted to learn to play violine or guitar but never had the opportunity or encouragment to get trained. But i'm happy to say that i have learnt an indian classical dance and drawig runs in our family (i know i'm being snobbish :P)
So i'm happy that i atleast am good (or atlest above average) at something :)

Hi, it is nice to see you back to mylot after a short break. I am sorry to make you feel bad. I am very sad that I can't play any musical instruments. I like to watch others playing it. I am not a good dancer too. I am fond of dancing, I would like to learn cinematic dance when I see girls dancing in movies.

When I was still young, I learned to play the piano with my sister. But I got busy as I grew older and I was not able to practice anymore. I think I can read a few notes here and there but I can no longer play a whole music piece just by looking at the music sheets. My husband on the other hand, is someone who never had formal lessons but knows how to play all sort of instruments. He plays by the ear, he can easily imitate the sound that he hears. Knowing how to play at least one musical instrument is an advantage because you can sing with an accompaniment even when you are alone

I know how to play piano and violin, I like to play piano, I like it's sound and it is very relaxing and it comforts me when I feel stressed.
I play it quite often, especially when I buy new piano book, I like to play it and have my sister sing the song and or have her appreciate my performance!

Till now don't know any , but i'm planning to learn guitar or keyboard soon.., atleast when my kids start i can learn along with them..
Its good to know some musical instrument, asmusic is so good for us , andpalying by yourself must be so soothing too..

I am interested in music and learning south Indian classical music for the last 16 years.Professionally i am not a musician,still i like to sing.I can also play instrument like key board and flute.
