Do you believe in life in outer space?

There have been a lot of scientific theories which have been proposed which say that the probability of life in outer space is very low? Are we being egoistic of our existence and thus say "Life cannot exist elsewhere"? Or Do we know truly that there is no Life beyond Earth? How many of you mylotters believe in life in space other than on Earth?

we will never really know the answer to this question, though I think the human race is very arrogant in not thinking their could be life other than ourselves.
The reasons I am open minded and think their is other life out there maybe not in our form but evolved to adapt to life on their planet is -
a) we are tiny in comparision to the universe we have seen from telescopes less than 1% of what is out there and it would take us millions of years to explore the furthest reaches of space. The planet we live on and our lives is like a drop in the atlantic totally insignificant.
b) Life comes in a lot of forms, the alien races may not be exactly what we expect, it might be bacteria or little green men lol, look at whats in the oceans around us life will take all shapes and forms.
c) we are still discovering fossils that we have never seen before, and finding new species at the bottom of our oceans that we have never seen before, if we dont know what lives on our planet how can we ever dream of knowing if there is life on other planets.

True. This reminds me of a an incident one or two years ago where scientists discovered a place untouched by humans for millions of years in a remote location of Indonesia. The animals had never seen humans and were so tame that they did not move when they saw humans. They have identified many new species of plants, butterflies, rare birds and even mammals including a kangaroo which let them touch it! The documentary in NatGeo was pretty awesome. Though life might exist outside our solar system, 'other' life in our solar system is pretty much ruled out I guess!

This is a really hard to answer.I do believe that there is life in outer space.I agree.it`s impossible for us to be the only living,thinking creatures in the whole universe.The Universe is endless and still expanding.Also...there are alot of proofs for other intellegent creatures in space.Maybe more than 90% are fake but I`ve seen incredible things with my own eyes and..Well,let`s just say I believe in life in outer space.Happy MyLotting!

I also believe how can they possibly know whats going on up there.It is endless some planets so far away we have no idea what they consist of. I also believe in supernatural is this from some other planet ? Don't know though ,I do know the things that are true. I can only guess how many other planets there are with some type of life form. Who knows maybe this is where we go after we die,to a planet that suits how we lived here on earth.
