Problems our part of our daily life. If we dwell too much on it, then we can say that we always have problems but if you let those problems pass by just like any event that happens to you on a daily basis, then chances are you won't have much problem. . . One must know how to deal with problems in order to stay happy.
Are you happy despite those problems bugging you?

Surely everyone have problems in their life. daily problems and such. The point is to just chill out and dont take your self down for such problems. sometimes i chill and think like that if they are still bugging me taking my self down doesn't solve these problems. But most usual they really take me down no matter how pointless it is

If you worried about everything that went wrong in life you would end up six foot under to soon.I always say money worries sort them selves out in the end.Having worried in the past I stopped doing that a long time ago, kids can be a problem but they grow out of one problem and straight into another one.Just deal with one thing at a time then forget about it,once you have dealt with it it is no longer there.Problems are part of our daily life and sometimes I just ignore them and they do go away, don't go looking for problems, don't see it as a problem, see it as a challenge.

Hi dori!
You are seemingly providing a very practical advice. If we do not allow our problems to overtake us, we can live happily. What is needed is that problems, either minor or major should be addressed and attended to at the earliest possible and their solutions must be found out. Procastinating our problems, does not help in any manner. I feel smaller problems becomes bigger, when we do not attend those problems timely. I try to sort out the problems, which are faced by me, as quickly as possible. I don't believe in procastinating and making the decision at a later stage.
Good Post!

I have had two realisations of late.
1 - When we are born we have no problems that are born with us so they are a man-made invention and we all know that not all that man invented serves a purpose. Problems are one of them.
2- Seeing as they don't go away if we do worry about them, what's the point?
That's how I deal with mine. I shove them in a corner and only think about them when it's likely to have some effect on them. That keeps me happy

Yes you are right. If we have food, we have shelter, and we have love for ourself there isn't much else that we need. A lot of problems aren't based on any of those things and shouldn't hold much weight over us. However we are all human and prone to linger about problems, though some more than others, but I believe its in someone's nature and hard to control for some. My mom for instance will turn even the tiniest of problems into a big deal and not only does she suffer but those around her as well. I think if people get to that point they really need to evaluate why they are letting these problems get to them and if its worth hurting loved ones around them. And then there are people like my husband who never dwells on any problems. He might get upset for a moment or two but then he is passed it. If there is something he and I need to work on we will do so but with smiles and open minds. I have to say that just being around him can change my outlook on life and how I handle problems. I've learned to relax a bit I think-which is a good thing!
