Paypal place my payment to Neobux status "Temporary On hold"

Last July 19, I tried so send a payment to neobux to add to my rental balance, after hitting on Pay Now, I got a notification from Paypal that the payment was successfuly and completed. The next day, I got a notification from neobux that my account has been suspended because either I refunded one or more payments or the payment processors did it. I immediately checked my paypal account and noticed that account was limited, meaning i cannot send or receive payments till I fulfill their requirements. I provided the necessary documents they need. The day after, paypal emailed me that my account has been restored but the payment to neobux was still investigation and status was temporary on hold.
is this a normal process by paypal? I have been able to send and receive payments using my paypal before, but right now, I cannot complete the payment.
Any thoughts o this one? Thank you.

I don't recieve by Paypal alike you too.Why you don't contact Paypal and ask about your problems.IN my country has paypal service too.

Hi busky, sorry for the late reply, so sorry to hear that what experienced with paypal happened to you. I really cannot help you because paypal does not give the reason why payment made to neobux is tagged as suspicious. They even told me that after thorough investigation, my claim that the transaction with neobux is fraudulent does not have sufficient basis.
Just be patient and wait for their update. But so sad to tell you that you will lose lots of earnings from neobux.

In our place, we are not allowed to cash out from paypal. I am going to use the paypal balance for purchases on online sites, say amazon books. That is not immediate deal for me. I would for the moment see a rise in the account. Meanwhile I hope paypal make up new decisions for cash out.

i would call paypal and find out why you can not complete the payment and if there is anything else you need to do i found out with paypal it's better to talk to them on the phone than emailing them tell them that you seem to be having problems with your account and want to know how to fix it they should be able to tell you .also i would change your password because somine might have been trying to get into your account thats why they put a hold on it and everything got messed up i had that happen twice.so i would give them a call. i hope everything turns out okay.

Thanks for your reply, Unfortunately, I am in the Philippines and do not have any means of doing overseas calls as I do not have extra money for it. I already changed my password to a new one. And I will definitely changed my password again. I definitely hope that it will be allowed so that I can start earning from Neobux again.
