If you are very hungry you will eat your sandwich in the street?

For me , my health is more important then what people have to say and do... if i am hungry i open my bag and eat he sandwich if i have one or just purchase one at the food counter available, it can be street side or a restaurant makes no difference to me as long as it is food , tasty , made under minimum hygenic conditions.. i can eat and walk along the street side or sit in the restaurant alone and pop the food in.. i just enjoy eating food....

I eat sandwich while i am walking in the street with a bottle of drink if i am really hungry. I do control myself not to eat while walking in the street but i could not totally deprived myself if i am hungry. There are place too that i consider before thinking of eating sandwich in the street, if it is a street that there are many people are walking i do not eat and i will wait until i am not in a too crowded place.

I don't care what people think either. As long as it is a food that I can eat comfortably standing up, then yes I will eat it, and especially if I am really hungry. I do not think there is anything wrong with doing that - I mean it is not like you are offending anyone by doing so.

I think if I am too too hungry, I would; if not, I will just wait until I get on the car or places. I don't think it is good to eat on the street while I am walking, it is noit ladylike to me and it is so dusty on the street...

I don't really care what other people will say.I'll eat my food,even when I am on the street.it is my food and I bought it with my own money.I didn't steal it or anything.I have the right to eat it.if these people are jealous that I am eating,then it's not my fault already.

i would eat outside..probally not sitting in the street haha. It also depends on the weather. if its raining ill wait till i get home.

For me, I dont really care where I eat or what I eat cuz it is mine and I paid for it already, so whatever I want to do is my choice. I will find a place to sit down or just stand somewhere that is nice then eat it.... I will enjoy better if I am sitting down. I will not feel a shame of eating on the street... lolz

Of course! I will sit down and eat that delicious sandwich which I prepared for this kind of situation (when I get hungry and I want to grab something healthy to eat).

I would stop and eat it if I were hungry enough. I'm a no frills kind of a person. Is it some kind of a taboo to do that where you are?

Hi icesmile, I'm one of those who doesn't eat in the street except occasionally to have a bite of my son's ice cream. There's no need for it here, every other place is a cafenion or taverna and we don't really have places where you would buy food to eat on the streets. Sitting in a cafenion is a way of life here, everything stops for coffee, though often take out coffee is bought to have in the car. Actual eating is considered a leisure activity, anyway it's so slow to get served anywhere, we don't rush here, you might as well be sitting.

If I am hungry, I'll just take out a cookie in a small container in my bag. I always carry some food around. I have gastric and sometimes like during meeting, I can't just go out to find something to eat. So, if I am hungry, even in the street, I'll just take out one and pop it in my mouth. Since I am walking I might eventually find a place to eat anyway.

Hi there, you can eat something in very elegant way in the street or you can don t have manners in a luxury restaurant too. The best thing is to make what you want, when you want, if you need it. Why i must say in my mind...will people look at me if i eat in the street? I don t care, and if i have free time i will stay in the park, and i will eat my sandwich, i will drink my water, and after i will go. No problem for me.

I have this experience before. Sometimes I am in hunger after few hour shopping. Getting few bite to eat is definitely can full fill the tummy for temporary. I don't mind to eat in the street or in the malls. But of course you might think of getting a proper place to eat in much more better and might be it is not good to walk and eat at the same time. But that is just me

I do eat sandwich in the street even when I am not hungry. I eat when I feel like eating but of course when I have free hands to eat. I feel nothing wrong with eating in the street as long as I do not litter.

Hello friend, I would take out my sandwich and eat it. Simple as that. I know it would not look all that great but here in India, it is not such a big deal. I mean, at times people are in so much hurry that they take their toast in hands and then rush to work or school. It is not so common but still, if somebody does it, it is not taboo. I would stand at a corner and then eat it up.

hi ice, i will not be ashamed eating my sandwich on the street. i am a very mobile person and when i have field work, i always make sure that i have food in my bag, whether a sandwich or a biscuit. i always bring mineral water too especially when travelling. that is right ice, when you are hungry you will not mind other people. cheerious, ann

No, i'm not ashame to eat street foods, though I try to avoid them as much as possible because we are really not sure if those are clean.

Just the same as me, I also will eat if I am so hungry.

I think sandwich is one of those food that called, food for on the go. And I think sandwich can be eaten anywhere, and I will never feel ashamed by just eating a sandwich on the street.
