I would say colour is immaterial, but to him it was different. I think he looked much much better as a dark skinned man, he looked so nice in his early days when he did not go in for all this surgery. People would have loved him black or white, for he was a very good singer and dancer. Wish he had realised this early in life. We would still be enjoying his music. Definitely black. I think they look gorgeous.

It doesn't really matter. He was extremely talented and highly successful with both skin colors. A lot of his break through hits came when he was black, but he's had alot of hits since his transformation. What matters most is that he was the King of Pop, and will always be.

There is no doubt that he was talented no matter what. But, I am going to say he was better as a black man. It was his natural look and all the surgeries really started taking a toll on him, both physically and mentally. He was a very talented individual but I feel that as a black man his music was more genuine and he was less controversial since people didnt have much to talk about with his appearance.

Shouldnt even matter he was a successful human being who lived a very tumultuous life. I honestly hope he rests in peace.

Let me quote the king himself "It doesn't matter if you're black or white"
To me, he has beautiful songs no matter what color skin he is.
It really doesn't matter because he as a person is so talented musically. And he creates great music beyond his time.
And you have to admit, if you play his old songs like "billie jean" back, it does not really sound like it's from the 80's. And, you also might be able to admit, if you play the song again and again and again and again, basically repeatedly, you wouldn't be like sick of the song as much as you would if you play a pop song that is sung by for example rihanna or anyone pop for that matter.
So to me, skin color is nothing. And most people I would think that they would not care about someone's skin color because everyone has skin, and it's the melanin in their body that makes the dark or fair. And that's just the difference with it. Everyone still have blood running through them. And I'm very sure that their blood is the same color.

He looks much better as a black man... that's his natural color, i can't imagine changing my color instantly... but most people say there's a reason why he did this, and that's because he has skin illness. Whatever he looks like I still love his songs, no one can even begin to compare with him.

Err..black. I'm only saying this because his countless surgeries obviously had a mental impact on him, not to mention his looks. He looked truly horrific, like a zombie. I never understood why he did it in the first place, there wasn't anything wrong with him and people appreciated him the way he was.
