Can we live without love?

do you think that people can live without love? without something to love, i'm not talking about childrens, i 'm talking about partner.

I am sure one can live without love. Personally I would find it a bit sad and lonely, but I know of a lot of people of have made a choice to live without it, and they're alive and well.
But in general I think that most people prefer to have love in their lives.
