How to have a sexy legs?

I hate my legs because my muscle is big so what should I do to lessen it and have a good shaped legs.

Hi meng23, I have discovered over time that one of the best ways to get long lean legs is to do pilates and yoga. I use to always hate my legs and then I started practicing pilates and yoga and I was shocked about the results! Instead of making your legs big and muscular, these types of workouts completely tone your legs without all the bulk. In addition, I have realized that after doing a lot of pilates and yoga exercises my body has become much more flexible and I also have better posture. So, thats definitely a plus! Hope that helps :)
