New PTC in pre-launch; 2 cents a click :D

I just came a cross a new PTC site- you can get 2 cents per click, each with a 30 sec timer. They payout instantly by paypal or alertpay, and you get 50% of referral earnings! :D Their official launch will be on August 7th, I think.
