I have a small little rug that we keep in front of the kitchen sink. One of my cats "marks" it every time we wash it. She completely ruined our first one. We got a second one and now she has started all over again. we washed it and as soon as we put it down she goes again. When the rug isn't there we don't have a problem. Does anyone know a good way to get her to stop as we prefer to have a rug there

Ithink there is some stuff you can buy at the pet store that will stop your cat form going to the bathroom on the carpet. I think that you will be able to do something about it if you choose to. It will just take a little bit of effort to do something about it. I'm sure you can though.

thanks for the response. I remember a long time ago when i had a ferret it used to chew on things and there was this sour apple stuff you could buy that would deter them from chewing. i wonder if there is something like that
