My American customer call me and made a business with us today
I am very surprised to hear from him,because I have lost contact with him for about half year
I have wrote to him and told him our new designs of plastic products for several time,but no replies
I think he is not doing business this line,But I am so surprise when he call me and do business with me

The reason why you haven't heard from your American customer is because the economic times has hit their business pretty hard. Therefore, they are in the business of cost cutting to reduce debt. Now that we are ALMOST out of the woods - and possibly, business is good again, he called you to do some business and spend some money.
I hope we are truly in the road for recovery.
