Is GeishaPTC Legit or a Scam?

So, I just found this PTC Site called GeishaPTC, and I'm wondering if it's worth registering at that Site or if it is just another Scam Site. I tried to research the Site on the Internet, but I didn't found much Information. Does any of you have any experience with this PTC Site? Thanks!

Maybe it is legit . But the payment is so low ,i will not join it .
