Drinks and Foods that keep ya RUNNING!!

Sooo i have been here tonight on mylot for ohh 2 hrs nowww..and i have drank more coffee tonight than any other..and i cant stop goin pee lol..its insane! and whats odder is that coffe just kills me lol lol..soo anyone else care to share?? odd thread i know this..its almost 4am..and these things are on my mind lol!

well i cant say about food but i drink too much of tea its around 8 to 10 cups a day my mom keeps saying not to drink that tea but i think i am addicted to it when ever i am at my site or going for my site i always drink tea.........hope i can overcome this problem.....

Actually I'm not a big fan of any foods, drinks or supplements that might help me to concentrate, or in your case, just to be awake and pee a lot! So I don't take coffee, redbull, chocolate.. When I'm sleepy I'll go to sleep, and that's it! But I can tell you about a friend that once bought some magnesium pills, that were supposed to keep her focused and more alert while studying through the night for her final exams. Well, lets say she took not one, not two, but 7 pills at once!! Did she manage stay awake? Well, yes she did. For three nights in a row. That were three days that no one could stand her, as she talked-this-fast-and-no-one-could-really-understand-her! LOL

hahahaha!! omg! i have been there!! When i was working..there was a period when icouldnt sleep and my work was lacking..and i wanted to lose weight all at once..soo i to Xandrine..wayy back wbefore they took the good stuff out of it because a baseball player had a heart attck from them..but the pills made me super fast like my quota for soemthing woudl be 50 an hr and i was doing 200!! yaaa man!! lol! but ididnt sleep for days on either and when i crashed it happened harddd....

Coffee and tea are both diuretics. That means, they actually cause your body to rid itself of water. This can lead to dehydration, so moderation is advised. The more you drink, the more you are going to pee, but the more thirsty you are going to feel. Having 1 glass of water to every cuppa will help sort that problem out, but drink the water about an hour after the coffee so it stays in your body for longer.

Hi there! I also had some experiences in college. I tried everything to keep me awake. My professor told me to eat apples because they have antioxidants that are good for your body. I don't know if they could keep you awake all night because it worked for me.
