"people will love and adore you for
the hundreds of good things you've done
for them, but will hate you for
a single mistake."
isn't it TRUE??

This is partly true and this would just hit my boss hehe. He won't bother to acknowledge the good things you've done, but would keep on harping on your mistakes.

Yes, it happens. It happened with me in real life. I wonder how it can happen. I had a friend in office. She was a very good freind of me. We used to help each other a lot. More than that we always discussed our personal problems and tried to console each other. She wanted to stay in house for sometime, but it was not convenient for me at that time because my husband was leaving abroad.
I said 'No' to her. After that incident she has become my number 1 enemy. She still wroks with me, but she never turn her face towards me. She won't talk to me and more than that she is creating lots of unnecesary problems for me like complaining to manager about me.

Oh yeah this is a very sad truth. SOme people do not value the good things you have given them and instead focus on the wrong ones you did. Perhaps because these people are just taking advantage of our goodness, but when they think they could no longer benefit from us, they judge us on our weaknesses, condemn and leave us.
In my case, I find this very hurting. Most often than not, I give my 100 percent to all- to my family, friends, etc. With the 100 percent goes along the negative ones. What should each of us should remember is that we all have our shortcomings. We easily fall. And when we commit mistakes, they should be forgiving and accept it as part of our human nature. Relationships should not be based on what you can personally gain from someone but rather, how can you help that someone grow and mature, accepting his weaknesses and appreciating his strengths.
It is normal to commit mistakes. We should all be given the fair share of forgiveness and acceptance and not hate us all.
Thank you!
Happy mylotting!
