Recently,I am on my summer holiday. As a college student,I would like to spend this vacation exercising and tring to make myself stronger.Actually I am a bit thin which makes me doesn't look so good.My girlfriend persuades me to sign up for a gymnasium while some of my friends give me advice that I could workout on my own. They say that by jogging or playing basketball everyday,I can also achieve my goal to get stronger. So what do you think?Would you rather exercise in a workout or shaping club or just on your own?

I would rather on my own. I cannot stand the pace in the gym and the relatively confined hall. Open air itself is much benefitial, and exercising or walking get me relaxed. The issue is quite often persistence. For the sake of my health, I am reminding myself all the time.

I have to say that it is a common issue for people who want to exercise.Usually when I am a little tired or just want to stay in bed a bit longer,I will miss the best time in the day to exercise. But this I want to be different,I have made up my mind to stick to my workout plan.

Why don't you go to a gym and seek advice from the instructors as to what type of program is good for you. They would want to know your weight and exact measurements to assess your figure. I am in my late 30s and I have been going to the gym for the last seven years. I workout not because I want to be sexy, but I need it for fitness and burn my calories. Also, my program helps me keep in shape. Good luck and Welcome to mylot!

For me i will choose jogging and basketball which do have lots of benifits to body-building. I think if you sign up for a gymnasium it will cost you a great fortune and it seems difficult to stick to the schedule.

Well, actually after 2 day's exercise in gym,I feel a bit exhausted but I think I have to stick to it.If I give up now,I will gain nothing.
