How do you settle your lunch?Cook by yourself or Call food delivery?

Good day! My dear friends,
Nowadays sinces we all working in the office, and we only have 1-2 hours break. So how do you settle your lunch? Most of my colleages call the food delivery, coz it's easy and fast. But people were saying that if you eat those fast food for too long, it's not good for your health.
The best way is to go home and cook at home and eat. But its kinda difficult for us for we are far away from where we live. So we have to call the food delivery.

[b][/b]because my work is at home, we always cook our lunch, and once in while call a food delivery service. Yes, eating fast food is not healthy because most of them are high in fats, calories and sodium, and most snacks have high sugar content.Why not buy fresh foods like veggies, meat, fish and cook them in advance and store them in fridge or freezer, so you can bring it in the office and just heat in microwave oven.

I take food with me usually, I make it myself or make my bf make it for me... sometimes i go out to eat, but only if there is a good vegan restaurant in the area...
i'm very picky when it comes to food, so deliered food is almost never something i'd pick...

I rarely cook and when I come to work then my mom prepares my lunch so I just need to heat that during lunch time and have a good time however I am learning how to cook food and I have tried some dishes which were sometimes good and sometimes worse so I think if I can master this art of cooking then less money will be spend on buying food when I work.

We are almost the same. But i have to cook by myself. I get up in the morning, cook my lunch, and then bring it with me, heat it in the lunch time.

I am a postgraduate in a university,but I am also have 1-2 hours break when the lunch time comes.I like cook meals but I cannot do that in the university.Because we live in the boarding house with 3 students and the administrators forbid us use big power tools like induction cooker,electric cooker,We have to have lunch at canteen or restaurant in or near to my university.

Having lunch in the carteen is the best way to settle your lunch! i missed my college life.
