One time when working as a janitor, I put my lunch in the microwave, and went to a use the restroom. when I came back minutes later the whole conference room (where I was microwaving) was filled with black smoke. Apparently I set it for too many minutes to cook-time. I then covered the incident up as best I could by buying some Car Fabreeze from the auto part across the street. when I was finally done ventilating and spraying fabreeze, and cleaning the microwave it smelled like someone smoked in there and sprayed air fresher.
Nobody ever asked me about it.
Anyone beat that

I managed to rip an electric socket off the wall as I was moving a bed. I had to report it straightaway because of the safety aspect but, my manager just laughed and said,"Oh, is this your first?" Last week I went to help an old lady and managed to knock a cup of tea into her bed. Luckily none went on her but it meant I had to change all the bed linen (with her still in the bed) and then make her a fresh cup... but you win hands down!

I really hate to admit to this because its real embarrassing. I had a bowel movement in the restroom. And we have alot of toilet problems because the building is soo old. Well the toilet wouldn't flush. Well I had two options one go tell someone and try to get it fixed or two leave it and hope it gets fixed. LOL! I choose two. I left it there and it eventually got fixed. It wasn't our only toilet though so no big deal but I wasn't going to let anyone know I did that. LOL!
