What do you think are the video game of today that lead to addiction or are the people who do not have control over yourself and end up exaggerating the hours of gambling?

The type of games which lead to addiction are usually MMORPGS because you have to spend so much time in it and the environment is always extremely competitive. People gamble for hours because they always think they will win, after losing 50 times in a row =\ it's always the next game which they think they will win =\
