Today I say an ad stating that you can earn up to 15000 by posting ads no need that any one should click or buy the product is it true to invest 100 dollats in that pease give some sugestion.

Do not ever pay any money for anything online promising to make you a lot of money. It is just a scam. They con people into believing they will become rich by paying a "small fee". You are not going to become rich that easily.
