How Do I Contact Admin Directly?

I dont want this to sound like i'm not paying attention, i have followed the FAQ's and been to the "Contact us" section and none of the tips there helped with my issue. IT IS IMPORTANT that i speak to someone directly from mylot if possible. How do i go about this? Thankyou

I have been trying to locate their contact details also. ... Can't find it too....
