a very cold morning...its raining again

Hi jehelai, the morning rain really makes the morning weather colder with cool and fresh air. I understand that how comfortable if we going on with our sleep in the warm and comfy bed in the rainy morning. But it's sad that we have to get up no matter how we can't let go the soft pillow and the bed. unless we are rich enough and don't have to dependent on the office work. Yeah, we couldn't stand to watch the heavy workloads after one day off. It's really annoying and drives us crazy as well. Happy posting

Talk about having to go to work on a rainy morningyes, this is exactly how I feel...like crying!!! Remember when we were kids and we used to have those rainy days? Heavy rainfall and water logging and all...so no school??!!! Those were fun days and now no matter how much it rains, until the city is practically submerged, we really have to go to office. And the worst luck is that on holidays, when we can lie back, there is practically no rain

here in southern ontario, its been a very cool and wet summer which i dont mind really because i hate the heat and humidity of a normal summer. today its been raining and my motivation is next to zero, fortunately, i am off work today but i have a ton of stuff to do to my at home job!

Hello! It has been raining here the last few days , and we really did need the rain . Yesterday I had to get my track walking in , and it started to rain and I did not mind , because it was that fast light summer rain. Made me feel Like a kid again actually , and kinda free Last night in the wee wee hrs of the morning I was woken up by a storm with thunder and hard rain , and in a way in was cool . Yeah! sometimes it is hard to just get up and go .

i have been hearing about showers of rain everywhere but in south africa rain has been scarce these days but the winter is biting harder and i wonder what sort of weather is that, it also looks like the summer is back everywhere esle in the world but the winter is stretching for more weeks here

I think we all want to just be lazy in the couch while we watch the rain in the window. But then we have to work. I hate it when it rains and im on the night shift because it feels like my bed is calling on to me. Like you, we have to get out selves up to get to work. Although we dont have paper works to worry when were absent from work, but we still need to be at work.

Yes, the weather has a lot of influence on our moods. When the weather is gloomy, my mind becomes gloomy too. But, I have to remind myself that I have to take control of myself, and not to let the weather interfere. So, I just have to get up and go about doing the chores of the day ! Hi there! It really is just nice to lie down and sleep whenever its raining, especially in the mornings. Besides, it's kinda lazy to go out for work when it rains whatever time of the day. Your shoes and clothes gets wet, it's hard to find a ride and the traffic becomes heavy all of a sudden. But you are right, you have to go work. Take care!

Once, i prefer to lay around and lazy, stay at night only, but now, I don;t like it and always have bad feelings after I done that, because I know I'm wasting my time,when there are so many things that I can do and should do. In here, in my place also raining, and I'm afraid if it going to rain a lot because it can lead to flood. I do not want to face that again. I faced it early June and I do not want to repeat that again.

I'm glad you're feeling some better. The rain does make you want to sleep, doesn't it? I know it does me. We had quite a storm while I was in church last night. It got pretty rough. I was glad to see it because we had been needing some rain. It has been so hot here lately! I'm just glad that it quit before church was over. Happy mylotting! Kathy.

yes i support you friend its really a very cold morning but i have made it warm by starting the discussions with mylot. i have added hot tea and snacks and also prepared the pakoras to have it with the tea , so that i become active to go to work ,, just get it done ,, baby ..

I really know what you mean. Sometimes, we just don't want to get away from home in a raining day. As other members mentioned in previous post, we all few like that one day or another. But when it is concerning job... Unless you can afford do not miss it. A job can keep us going through life without depending on other people. it may not be the job we like, we may have to face some hard times, but in the end is what gives us the life we have. I hope that tomorrow the sun shines for you and that you wake up with birds singing a beautiful melody for you as a good morning welcome. Take care Rss

I love being home when it is raining also. I don't stay in bed but I enjoy the sound of it and the smell of it. If I am home, I tend to get more things done around the house. I know the feeling of trying to motivate to get into work when you would rather just be home. For me...that paycheck is a real motivator. It is so much smaller if I miss even a couple of hours.

If it's raining I always tell myself that I would rather be at work when it is raining than when it is pretty outside. I'm not going to be doing anything else productive if it's raining and plus I'm not actually out in it so I always try to catch up on some much needed work when the weather is bad. It's the beautiful sunny days that makes it hard for me to go sit in an office for the day when I could be doing 1000 other things outside enjoying the sunshine! hi jhelai, it is almost the same here in Holland. this week has a lot of rain compared to last week but i also have to go to work despite of the weather. in Phils, we tend to felt lazy in going out when it rains and rather stay at home and stay in bed but here, i do not have any choice. if we go to work, it's money if you pass out then we don't get anything. hopefully, it will be sunny this weekend.

I had this time a few weeks ago. It rained for about 2 months straight. I hated those days. I would be depressed for alot of it. It is now sunny here in Montana and its great. It is a little too hot now, but I really enjoy the weather here in the summer time. I hope things start looking up for your area.
