When you look at the water do you think it looks sorta blue?
My opinion is we see water in a variety of ways. It may be colored by particles, the presence of bacteria, or by reflecting the world above its surface. Ice and snow may reveal a vivid internal blue. Water itself has an intrinsic blue color that is a result of its molecular structure and its behavior. Why Do You water looks like the color it does?

blue is the only color that is not easily bended.... unlike any other colors... that explains why the water is blue in color... also the sky... but try to observe during dawn or dusk... the water changes in color as the sun is down.... the light is bended in 7 colors, commonly referred as the rainbow... blue is the middle color thus explains why it is not bend easily (or so i think it is)... Well thats pretty much it...
just correct me if I'm wrong.

Because it reflects the sky. Which is why small pools of water dont appear blue.
