How would you feel if someone is wearing the same shirt with you ?

I don't really care if I could see someone wearing the same shirt as I do. The makers of that shirt didn't make only one for that particular design. I have experienced this for so many times, and I just smile and that's it. I am even glad we share the same taste! Thank you. Happy mylotting!

LOL!....can't close my lips when I read this..:).....It happened to my hubby too, but in a tamed way.what happened to ur hubby is worst...:)with the guy wearing the same shirt standing beside him?..:) In my hubby's case , he didn't see the person wearing his GUESS polo shirt. same color and design..I was with my daughter when we saw this guy in a GUESS polo shirt, black color. same with what my hubby's wearing that day. But what makes it unique was that, the person wearing it didn't look he can afford it. He was pushing his rolling store, wearing a dirty rubber slippers and looks like he don't have a decent bath for several days.There's a saying that "Don't judge a book by it's cover" but still , I can't help but asked myself silently , did he really bought it? It's a 3,500.00 PHP polo shirt you know.:)

yeah, its kinda shameful but its ok ., can't do anything about it ., i can't even say to that person not to wear same dress or clothes ., she also bought it ., so its really ok.

It happen to me a couple of time, especially with dresses. I know the factories doesn't produce that dress only to me but seeing others wearing it at the same time as me is very embarrassing. More embarrassing when people notice and point out while talking to themselves. Usually I'll just smile to hide how I really feel (in my heart : I wish I am so out of here!)

lol... hi, vingyan. ur hubs is so funny. well, until now, i havent found anyone wearing the same as me when outside. except my first job, all with the same uniform, wink... hmm, i guess if i found someone in the same shirt with me, even more beautiful than me, lol...i think i wont wear it any more.

I had an experience with this a few weeks ago when i attended a friends wedding. It was a smallish reception, with maybe a total of 50 or 60 people there, yet i showed up and was wearing the exact same dress that not one, but TWO other people were wearing there! The other two were a mother/daughter combo who were the mother and sister of one of the bridesmaids in the wedding, and they chose to dress alike. I kept joking with my friends that i should go and casualy find a way to stand near them and one of them should get a picture of the three of us wearing the same exact dress. I guess when i was at wal-mart a few days before and deciding that i wanted to purchase a new sundress to have something summery and cool to wear to my friends wedding, i should have gone with my first instinct and gotten it in the yellow color, instead of opting for blue (though the blue did bring out the color of my eyes more) I didn't feel embarassed at all, i just found it amusing and just my luck to be able to show up to an event consisting of such a smll amount of people and be dressed exactly the same as two others! I guess all three of us just had good taste!

I would be flattered. I might say to myself, "You're a copy cat!"

i'll feel kind of embarrassed and pretend as if i don't see that person..maybe walk or turn in another direction and hope no one noticed that we're wearing the same shirt. and i probably will never wear that shirt again haha..

I will feel annoyed.it happened to me before.I was walking on my way to my ride going home when I met this girl wearing the same black shirt as I am wearing that day.I decided to ignore her and go on.that's why I buy in secondhand/vintage stores.I don't like seeing someone wearing the same clothes as mine.

I think I will feel embarassed when I see someone wearing the same shirt with me. However, this really happens several days ago. When I went to the library, on the way, I see one people wearing the same shirt as my new shirt, I am so embarrased and pretend not know. And then, after a while, I notice another girl who wears the same shirt, at that time, I do not want to wear my shirt anymore.

I will walk away of him and laugh loudly "It is possiple really." I will come back to tell this story to my friends too.

its a very funny and shameful thing to me if someone wears the same that i too have worn ..

depends on who's wearing it. if its someone cool then i think its cool. but if it was some older person, i'd think my style is a drag. lol. Your hub is very sensitive, he actually left? haha. poor guy.

I recall being at the wedding of a friend once feeling pretty and all only to see a girl appear in a dress just like mine. I thought drat... That had never happened to me before. We acknowledged each other and she made a joke about it then I never saw her again for the evening. That was oh so fine by me. Drat... I think I know just how your hubby felt.

Fortaunately, it never happened on me before, I'm glad abouth at! hehe ;-) If I were your husband, I would probably feel embarrassed too :-p I hope he felt better after! I think If I wear the same short with somebody and we saw each other, I would just pretend I don't see him/her and walk away as fast as I could!

Honestly, I don't care if someone's wearing the same shirt as I am. I've been in too many organizations which required uniforms to be embarrassed about other people dressing the same way I'm dressed. It's not a big deal to me...there are bigger things in the world to spend time worrying about. =D Happy MyLotting!

that very thing happened to me today whilst out shopping. a man walked down the other side of the road wearing the pink version of my white t-shirt. i started a conversation with all my friends right away to make sure they didnt notice. i dont know why really i would be embarrassed about it, but i just was. its a strange feeling.
