Why i was unable to take affilaties on COmission Junction???

Today as i open the account on CJ. As the affiliation marketing can be better than PTC sites. I tried to apply for Web hosting, social, matchmaker sites. I was unable to get affiliation the message only came your application has been declined. What may be the problem. Is those companies only provides affiliates to certain counties ? or High Alexa ranking ???
If any of mylotter friend know about Commission junction ?? how to get affiliates of those goods sites on CJ???

Commission Junction Needs Very Good Affiliates .. The Affiliates are Not selected on A Random Basis .. They Should Have A Good Website And Good Knowledge about Affiliate Marketing .. Even i was Rejected Once After I Paid Money to Its sister Concern .. They Are Indeed Choosy .. Thanks ..
