My 5 year old as a "why" to everthing and anything in the world
. If i ask him something , WHY Mummy, if i tell him something WHY Mummy, and even i don't say anything, he watches TV, and again lots of WHY'S, goes to school, and comes back again with lots of them.
And the problem is , if i answer 1 question, he is always ready with the next one...
wwwwwwwwwwwwhhhhhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyyyyyy??????????????????

Please keep answering his whys! It's so much a part of his learning process. You are kind of like programing his brain for learning. You don't want to teach him indirectly that it's not okay to ask questions!!! I know it can be tiring, but it is a stage and wll one day be done!!!

Ya i know it, that's why i keep answering his why's, but the series , one after the other irritates me a lot. Some questions i answer him with great difficulty,
(they are still small to undersatand everything), but if next in same series comes, i have no more explanation. And he will keep on nagging, till i scold him, or ask him to go to his father and ask...

LOL! that one made my day!
When teasing my siblings I am usually using the "what" question repeatingly when they tell me something, as if I didn't hear what they said in the first time, untill I start laughing... but the whyyyyyy method is much more funny in my opinion. I used to do it a lot when I teased 6-8 years old kids that I took care of, and it was a great fun!
