I got a Wii earlier this year. Thus far, I've only played the Wii Sports, Wii Play and Endless Ocean. I'm considering getting some more games for the Wii since it seems silly to have to console for just these few games. So have you played any good Wii games lately? I like all kinds of games. Also, are there any really good kid games out there? My 7 yr old loves Wii Sports, and I got Endless Ocean for him because he loves all things concerning the water and fish -- but I'd like to broaden his horizons a little more. While I like a wide variety of games, my favorites are the kind that really challenge the mind -- puzzle games, hidden object games, etc. Do you have any suggestions? What games do you really love playing? I tried Saints Row and on the XBox 360 and really enjoyed that as well, so like I said -- I like all kinds of games.

Resident Evil 4 and No More Heroes are both extremely fun games to play on the wii. Although, I'd buy NMH used because it's fun to play through once, then I never touched it again. RE4 has a decent amount of replay value though.

If playing with friends, i enjoy Mario kart. But if you normally play alone, i would recommend guitar hero. its my all time favorite. never seem to get tired playing it. Maybe because i sux at it and always seem so challenging. Haha

One of my favorite Wii Games is Excite Bots. It's a racing game that is pretty different from any other racing game. Your vehicle is a robotic animal! And you have to perform tricks while racing. When you do tricks, you collect stars, and at the end of the race, whoever has the most stars wins! You do get a big star bonus for coming in 1st place, but you don't necessarily have to come in 1st place in the race to win! There's also crazy activities you can do while racing such as making a sandwich, knocking over bowling pins, hitting a clown in the face with a pie, etc. It's just a really fun game that is great for all ages! My absolute favorite Wii game is Animal Crossing: City Folk. The game plays in real time and you're a human living in a town full of animals. You build friendships with your neighbors, buy furniture for your house, collect fossils, go fishing, and so much more! There are special activities to do on holidays! And special characters visit your town on special days. It's a lot of fun! And again, it's great for all ages!
