A new discussion...

Honestly, no one really knows. A lot of people can make guesses based on their experiences, but MyLot has not made the information on how their payments work available to the public. From my personal experiences, I feel like I get paid more when more people respond to my discussions, but I honestly have no idea. I could just be earning more based on other factors and it's just a coincidence. My only advice is to just keep posting and hope for the best!

Hi! First of all, I would like to say that I am more of a starter than a responder. I like starting my own discussions more than responding to others' discussions. I can say that I am earning here mainly on commenting. What I know is even how many responses I get from my started discussion, I will not earn unless I comment on them. So the amount of earnings we will be having to get is depends on how many responses we will comment on. Actually I'm always lucky to get many responses, that's why I really find it hard to comment all of them. That's why most of my days were just spent on commenting. Happy myLotting!

I dont know for sure as my response number(near our name) has been decreased sometimes, I get the different earning figures even if i post the same numbers. but i feel that it depend on how long we can write and the about the meaning too. All of the members do not have the access on the computation on how we earn in mylot. But as what I have heard from old members of the site, we get paid in every post that we make. It can be coming from your own discussion,from your responses and even responses that you did to the responder of the discussion. If I may suggest, you can try doing all that I have said, then try to find out the next day if what will happen. With me, I seldom post discussion, i focus with responses. It is easier to respond than to think of a discussion. Hope your concern was answered.have a great day!

I am still learning about mylot. I really don't have that much information. I have seen some earnings go up a little when I post some discussions. I do the posting more than I do starting discussion. I enjoy reading them and can found out some important information. Good Luck

You don't get paid for a discussion unless it has 1 respones, and then only if you post tomments to responses, as you don't get paid for the activity of others, only your own. So, it is imperative, that you comment to each response that you receive so that you can earn from them. Also, your comments should have substance and not just say thanks for your response, as mylot won't pay you for a comment like that. Every post you do should have substance and be deiscriptive as you can make them. I hope this has helped. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.
