How about those lost discussions

I usually try to stay away from those repeated discussions. I have tried to find something on this suject but came up with nothing. I have some discussions that I started and I think they have got lost in the shuffle. The reason that I believe this is they have no responses. I have written several days back. Is it possible that I wrote them when there wasn't much activity going on? My question is this. Is there a way to post them again which bring them back to be new ones at the right time? I appreciate your time to answer.

Hey there, rosepedal64...
Good to see ya! I've also been curious about this. It seems quite possible that some or even many potentially good topics of discussion do get lost in the shuffle here at myLot. By the way, I like that expression/phrase of yours. Real nice choice of words.*wanting to insert a "smile" here*...
I doubt that when you started your discussions, there wasn't much activity going on, because it seems like there are ALWAYS lots of folks reading and posting here, no matter what time of day or night. Though, we might not always realize their presence.
While I can't give you a definitive answer, what I think might be part of the problem regarding posts that seem to get lost in the shuffle, concerns in what main area we post our subject/question or what tags we use. As to whether or not people even see it. Hope I'm making sense to ya. Because I put one under "general", when later I realized if I had put it under "questions and and answers", it probably would have gotten more attention.
I'm also wondering about bringing back up posts that we start without breaking any of the rules or guidelines and such. I'm sure it must be covered in the TOS and FAQ's somewhere, but as to exactly where, I have no clue. Other than to say, if someone goes back to a topic you started and makes a comment about it, then it shows up again as current. What I am also wondering is if we are allowed to change where it shows up? Like to a different area. Sorry I can't really help. Hopefully, someone will.
Take care,

Hi Right back at you. I want to say thanks for the wonderful response you gave. Hopefully I will found out what to do or maybe some of the older mylotters will be able to answer me. I have been going to the no response area to check on others. I feel maybe this will someone else.

Hey there, girl...
And hi right back at you, too! Thanks for your kind comments about my response to your discussion subject, even though I was unable to answer your original question. Hopefully like ya wrote, one of the older myLotters will be able to eventually shed some light on this subject and your original subject/question will help to benefit not only both of us, but way many others here as well.
BTW, congrats on your BR re: your response to do you love your bed or why or whatever! Nice comment. Didn't even notice the topic at the time. *wanting to insert a "curious' expression*... Not that inquiring minds would like to know, but yes. (I DO so love MY bed. Partly because I use sleep as an escape of sorts, but I also love to sleep, that IS when I can. Plus have gotten into the terrible habit of not only staying up WAY too late, but also sleeping in much later than I should - even when I go to bed at a "normal" hour.) Not like it's THAT great or special or anything, but to me it serves the purpose. In fact, sometimes I find it rather difficult to tear myself away from it's cushioning comforting capabilities! *grin* ... hahaha...
So anyway, rosepedal64, please forgive me for being once again overly wordy with my reply, but it's a bad habit of mine. And if anyone else WAS wondering... no, I realize I won't receive any more points or whatever here at myLot, by all of these ramblings or even this other post. *wishing to insert another "friendly smile" here*... I read where you also like to write, perhaps sometime you could help educate me about learning to be able to express myself with fewer words.
May you have a good eve. Take care.

Hi! I don't know if they can be brought back, but i know that i search the no responses tab to see if i can find ay interesting discussions everyday that i log in. I have found some discussions that were very interesting to me, that noone had responded to. There seems to be alot of repeat discussions, but some are worded so badly that it is hard to understand just what the discussion is supposed to be about. I hope you can find an answer to your question, and good luck. Happy mylotting.

I want to say Thanks for responding to my discussion. I never thought about going to no response section. I will differently start going to that area to give mylotters attention that they are looking for. Thanks for that information.
