If what DNA said was the kind of answer you were looking for, then; Every animal has the instinct to reproduce, and thats all we really are, animals, creatures like any other on this world. In our day and age though, we have matured enough to take on responsibilities as well as morals. Many animals, (Ill use a particular one as an example), - A Red Kite (It's a bird), pretty much spends it's whole life with very little partners. Sure, things of that nature can be fun and enjoyable, but you also need to understand that as humans we have very in depth emotional systems, and if you are unfaithful, you are likely to hurt ones feelings, as well as ruining that commitment you should have. If you're not looking for commitment at the beginning of the relationship, then you need to tell the other person you're going into a relationship with. Man or no man. I mean, its not just men that do things either.

It is clear that human beings have animal instincts too. That we have build some rules to follow. As not to create a complicated immoral ways from multiple intimate relationships. To avoid temptations degrading to human values.. So when one loves a partner and made an agreement to commit eachother as becoming a couple. Then faithfulness should be practiced. A practice and sign of honesty and respect to oneanother as an important treasured value. There should be presence of discretion or good judgement in decisions of the heart when choosing an ideal partner. Cause love and relationship is not just a mere game to play. It is a commitment and devotion of one's heart and life to another. That applies with important moral values and ethics too. So it was clearly said as not to regret that to choose carefully one's partner in love and life before commiting oneself.
