Are you afraid of the dark?

This is not only a bestseller by Sidney Sheldon but also a reality among most mortals. I think everyone of us is to some extent afraid of the dark. May be there are some people who would say that they do not fear darkness. But I think there can be no such person who has no fear of the unknown - yes, I think the fear of the unknown is what the fear of the dark is all about. We are afraid because we do not know what lies beneath. Its not always the fear of the supernatural, it can be the fear of a thief or a thug. What do you say? Are you afraid of the dark?

i use to be afraid of the dark when i was younger. i kinda still am, but i can easily sleep in the dark. i dont need a night light on, but night light is still on just incase i need to get up in the middle of the night. id ont want to trip or accidently kick something.

hehe!! i wouldn't either. just imagine stepping on something in the middle of the night when you are half asleep and desperatly searching for the light switch :)
