one time when i was in highschool my freind was at a party and was acused of raping someone....the person never went through with any charges or anything because she knew as well as we did that my freind was perfectly innocent, and she was doing it out for attention....he wasnt the first persona she had done this to and socially for the longest time it had ruined his life...ever where we went someone wanted to fight with him, or run thier mouths...even tho im sure because of how she was they knew the truth.... Have you ever been acused of anything serious??? How did it change your lifE??? Where you charged, or was it proven innocent????

When I was a young lady living in California, I worked at an Orange Julius in Carmel. Our staff was fairly large because we had lots of business. We were all trained and cross-trained to do any job including running the register. The problem was everyone worked out of the same drawer. The owner accused me and this hippie girl of being short (when everyone was working the drawer). He put us both on seperate draws in an attempt to catch us stealing, ever one else used the common drawer because he thought they were not involved. The common cash drawer continued to be short. Mine and hippie girl's drawers were never short nor over, just perfect everytime. Turns out the biggest offender of shortages was a well-breed beautiful teenaged girl who could not do even basic math. The customers had discovered she could not count so they would help her make change. One man gave her a ten dollar bill and helped her make change for a twenty, and so-on, and so-on. The sad part of this story is that the owner never apologized and still believed that we somehow, even though we were not working when his money walked away, had something to do with the loss of his money. He loss hundreds because he followed the prejudice inside his heart. Hippie girl and I got better jobs elsewhere and Orange Julius got busted by the health department inspector...ain't Karma a bear!?

I can't beleive someone would do something like that. This girl is seriously messed and needs some serious help. Why would you go as far as that to accuse someone of rape. Why would a person even do that? That is sick and twisted. To be honest I hope that she does get raped and actually know what it feels like. It hurts as I have been raped and it does take a piece of you away. I know it sounds harsh but don't lie about something like that. Seems funny that mine is about when I was raped. I was very uncooperative with the cops. They treated me horribly as soon as they met me so I steped back and didn't want to talk. I told them to get out and that I didn't want to talk to them. They gave me this big spiel about you need to get your attacker and all this other stuff. Well I told them some pretty harsh words because of how they were acting towards me and they didn't like it. They called me a liar and said that I was imagining that it happened. Well sorry you could see that I was clearly raped in my rape kit. So boo yah in the face I said to them. Needless to say I never did talk to them after that after repeated attempts of them trying. Just cause you wear a badge doesn't mean that you have to be mean about it. Needless to say by law there has to be at least one woman officer with a raped female victim. I got 2 arrogant males. I was later proven innocent from my rape kit and after bruises started showing up and scrapes and lacerations were put in as evidence. They did appoligized but I never accepted it. Too this day I have no respect for most police officers.

yeah sometimes i think they let the athority get the best of them and think thier above everyone else....i dunno why but they always, no matter what situation, treat people like its thier fault....they make it seem like your takin an improtain part out of thier day, needing thier help....its sick...i think that police officers should look more out for the victims....i know they need to take thier jobs real seriously and thier main goal is to catch the perp...by getting info out of other people...but they need to lighten up...

Hi. Willaimc87. That is so messed up! I am glad that your friend was not charged at all for this crime. She lied on your friend. This was very wrong of her. What goes around will come back around again. So this girl better believe that nothing in life that you do wrong to a person will ever go in vain. Someone should put a stop to her telling lies that guys have raped her. I would go to the police and get as many witnesses as I can, that will help bring this girl down. She can't continue to get away with this. Inform the police of the truth about her. If nothing ever happens, she will continue to get away with this for as long as she can.
