im so annoyed right now, i just bought a webcam for my pc from the internet and it arrived promptly. to say i was excited would be a bit excessive but i plugged it in right away.
not only did i find the original packaging terrible and the invoice was crumpled up around the box and wrapped in a black bin bag which im guessing was some sort of envelope? i've no idea. but when i eventually unravelled it enough to plug it in, i find that the installation disc that came with it just doesnt work! so i decided to browse the internet to see if anyone else had a similar problem, and i believe everyone must have. one after the other, threads on forums of how people have been appalled by this product. its pathetic!

I would suggest that you keep browsing all the people that had troubles, maybe someone came up with the solution 
The other thing would be to go to the company website and see if they have the solution. Otherwise, I guess you'll have to return it and get your money back.
