Ive always wanted to know why you get goosebumps when you hear a sad or good song. I know goosebumps, are when the body needs more heat so it causes hair to raise to capture heat, but with music it still happens. Anyone one why this happens, and if you have a song in particular which one is it? For me it's beautiful by Eminem

It depends, it could be a tocuhing song and you could just get them because its realllyyyy nice.
Put it this way, why do people shake when others walk over their "grave".
