I would like to get more info on starting my own traffic exchange site. I have trying to research info online but find myself confused by all the developer and programmer language. If you have any helpful info on how I maybe able to get started or someone I can contact for advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you fellow My Lotters in advance :).

Do a search for Traffic Exchanges with Chat, join them and look for the admins in the chat, when you find them, ask them for E-mail, or IM to chat about it.
Any admin willing to chat with it's users, should at least be able to point you in the right direction.
Don't be coy about asking them, tell them what you wanna do and if they helpful, reward them somehow.
Should only take a couple hours to really find the info you want.

Many traffic exchange admins
will agree to set you up with your site.
They will ask for some payment for their script and customization,
as well as for hosting it on their servers and domains.
But its good to start without having to know anything about it.
So if you have found an traffic exchange you like,
as it looks, feels, works, you should try that admin first.
If not I could recomend you a few nice ones,
with a lot of options and contests for your users.

I sure wish I was able to help you out with this myself. I can offer you some advice though. You may want to contact a person who already has a traffice exchange site and they may be able to help you out more with it and get you going in alot quicker time.
