Animal Print...Yay or Nay?

When it comes to animal print it appears people have some pretty strong feelings either way. Personally I never liked animal print because I thought it was tacky or just too "wild" for my tastes. Then I had a tween daughter who has become obsessed with tigers and all cats big and small.
She recently requested a change in room decor to go after a rainforest/jungle themed room. We have been transforming her room slowly with the help of animal prints. Now I am starting to change my mind on the whole animal print thing and I actually like it. Well at least I love the giraffe print and zebra prints...
So what about you...animal prints yay or nay?

When I was a teen I had the animal print decor. It has to be done right, and in small doses I think. I am not a fan of animal print clothes unless it is VERY minimal.

This may not be the answer that you are looking for but, here goes.
I, personally, tend to like things that people would consider tacky (avacado, animal prints, paisley prints.) HOWEVER, it is all or nothing.
You can't have a leopard motif in the bedroom and walk out into a country kitchen. It just don't feel right.
