You should go to a bookstore and look at their fitness section. They offer plenty of books for learning how to run, getting in shape, weight lifting, the works. Also go online and try an exercise Dvd. Some of my favorites are The firm, P90X, Shape. If you dont have money though Run 30-40 minutes 4 to 5 times a week. Limit your calorie intake to about 1800 calories and do small exercise routines that target certain muscle groups. You need to build muscle to burn fat, cardio burns the fat layer you have laying ontop of your muscle.

OK, if you don't want to be banned from Mylot you must not put in links. nIt is against mylots policy read the guidelines, What you could do in put the link in your Prolife, they have a place for it, so everytime so one comes to your Profile they will see it. vI put the wrong cellphone number so I don't know what to do now? I am just trying to be Healthy.

After cutiing fats and sugar to a minimum, then exercise is an important part of changing your life. Loosing your weight has to be a change of life not simply they thought,"I will loose wieght and then continue as I was before". I waited to start loosing weight until after I had to have several back surgries due to the pressure to the extra weight pulling.
I got to a point that I could not even walk around without stopping ever 50 feet or so and doubling over in pain, so I could not get to the kitchen and feed myself because I was taking care of my 6-9 month old grandson. I managed to get him take care of him and feed him. I lost 30 pounds in about a month waiting on surgery.
After that I did physical therapy and truely started changing my habbits to loose weight and to get into shape. I enjoy pool exercise now more than anything else and when the arthritis in my spine gets to a certain point then pool therapy is all I can do. I have continued to loose weight slowly over the last three years and have lost almost 100 pounds. I am still about 40 pounds from my goal.
I vary my workouts as much as possible. and try to exercise 3 days a week when I am in bad shape awaiting the next surgery and then I go to the pool after surgery and recovery six days a week when I am at home.

I go to the gym daily,as I just started working out about 3 months ago,but anything you can do will hepl and of course watch what you eat.

I am also a little fat two years ago, because at that time, I often like to eat something before I went to bed. And then I get rid of this bad habbit, I think it really works. So pay attention to your diet and do some exercise, like running or hiking will help.

Thanks. I keep away from night-eating for some days, but I didn't go on last month at home. Now, I'm back to school and I will keep the habbit.
