Does anyone have any good ideas on how to lose weight quickly?

I,m going on vacation on the 13th of August.Does anyone know of some good tips to help me lose 5~10 pounds quickly??(besides cutting back on food)Thanks!!=)

You can only lose weight by cutting back on calories in one form or another. If you chose to keep eating the same amount, and not changing your diet, then you have to exercise more. You could cut back on calories or change your diet and then not work out some much or as hard. If you truly want to lose the weight, cut out one bad item each day whether its a soda, a bag of chips, fast fodd, french fries, baked potatoe or something similar. Then go for a 30 minute walk. That is a small change that will make you lose weight over time. To speed this up, you have to change more, and exercise more. There is no way around it

Weight loss isn't going to be some super easy thing that just happens. As long as you watch what you eat, eat regularly (don't skip breakfast), and eat decent sized meals, you should be on the right track. Don't eat for a few hours before you go to bed. Also, along with eating right, you should work out - cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight. If you don't have a gym membership or workout equipment in your house, just go running for a couple of miles. You'll be sure to work up a sweat and burn off some unwanted calories.

Drink a lot of water before you eat. In that way you're not going to have much appetite on foods. Do some outdoor games.
